Right of Withdrawal

You can apply your right of withdrawal within two weeks after receiving this information in written form, by email or by returning the goods. To keep the deadline it suffices to mail the withdrawal or the goods in time.

In case of reclamations please contact us first and give us a shot at solving the problem unbureaucratically. You cover the cost of returning goods up to a value of  40,- €.
